The Story Behind Uncharted Terrain

When I entered midlife, and the body changes began to appear, I responded with the scientific protocol, of eating more protein, increasing my strength training days, and walking more often. This approach worked for a number of years; however, I noticed that I was stalling in my weight maintenance, sleep, energy, and feeling less flexibility in my movement.At that point, my focus changed to taking a deep dive into what else might be happening physiologically. What I learned has been life changing.Our nervous system is an essential factor in how our bodies are responding through midlife and beyond. In fact, it is a major player in how we respond to almost everything in our lives.This is the powerful missing link that no one is talking about in addressing midlife changes and will revolutionize your approach moving forward.
